Fast-paced property management company in the central Los Angeles area is looking for a star receptionist. MUST be bilingual English/Spanish. We are looking for a person with the ability to communicate with clients and vendors at all levels in a cheerful, courteous, professional manner. The beginning of the month is always very busy so please be someone that is very reliable and able to handle a busy desk. Our office is business casual and we are looking for someone who is pro-active and can work independently. If this sounds like you, we would love to meet you and have you join our team!

Job Consists of:

-Greeting visitors, vendors, or clients.

- Check-in visitors and guide them or personally escort them to a specific location.

-Answering incoming calls in a timely and professional manner. Assess and determine the nature of the call and transfer accordingly.

-Monitor and grant access to all visitors.

-Ensure proper coverage when absent from reception desk.

-Light data entry and filing.

-Daily interaction with Residents, Commercial Tenants, and Vendors

-Receiving rent payments and processing receipts for tenants.

-Processing and distributing incoming and outgoing office mail, FedEx, UPS, and deliveries.

Maintaining appeareance of Reception area and Lobby. 

Requirements:

-MUST be Bilingual (Spanish/English)

-Professional appearance and demeanor

-Must be able to stay calm under pressure

-Ability to Multi-Task

-Have attention to detail

-Must be proficient with computers and office equipment. Microsoft programs and Yardi, preferred.

-Punctual and reliable.
