We are looking for an organized, creative-minded individual with people skills to join our team!
The position of admin assistant requires someone who is detail-oriented and has great customer service skills. An artistic eye and passion for flowers is a plus!
The admin assistant works closely with our owner/designer to draft proposals for wedding clients, magazine photo shoots, high profile installations, and high-end events.
Basic duties include:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents (wedding & event proposals)
- Schedule appointments
- Coordination between departments (designers, florists, delivery teams)
- Assist in various daily operations
- Answering the phone
- Sending emails
- Performing multifaceted general office support
There is a ton of room for growth in this position, and there are many creative and artistic elements to the job. Ideally, we'd like to hire someone positive and self-motivated for this multifaceted position.
