Establishing a friendly “neighborhood-style” restaurant.
Building a repeat clientele through name recognition.
Greeting, welcoming and bidding farewell to all guests.
Managing guest flow throughout the restaurant.
Maintenance and management of the front door area.
Sanitizing and “silvering” all tables.
Coordinating seating, wait sheets, and table turns.
Organizing station charts.
Inspecting under every table to ensure there is no debris before guests
Offer to transfer bar tabs and carry beverages from the bar for guests.
