  Established restaurant company is opening a new upmarket all day cafe/ modern American style restaurant on Sunset Blvd in prime West Hollywood.
The cuisine will be upscale American with brunch, lunch and dinner. There is an emphasis on pastry and baking, contemporary salads, pastas and entrees.  This is a high profile opening with a lot of press and buzz. You will be working with experienced industry professionals.

 Your experience will be in upscale cuisine with proper techniques and attention to detail. We are looking for a sous chef with history as a manager in excellent, well known restaurants. They will be responsible for opening or closing and running of the kitchen, maintaining quality and will work closely and follow directions from the executive chef.  
We are looking for a real chef with creativity that has excellent cooking skills and leads by example and will promote teamwork, manage, train and motivate the team.
This is a great opportunity for a sous chef to develop and show off their skills and to be part of a growing company. The company has five restaurants in Los Angeles now and will open 3 more in 2017.
