Financial - Technology company in Glendale looking to hire Full-Time employee for our Customer Support Department.
Multiple schedules available from Monday through Sunday, 6:00am through 6:00pm.
Responsibilities and expectations include, but not limited to;
-Provide superior service via-phone, e-mail and electronic tickets.
-Answering inquiries for merchants.
-Resolve products and service issues, in a timely matter.
-Follow-up with customer requests.
-Provide support for mobile applications.
-Ensure customer satisfaction.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Demonstrate and apply problem-solving skills
-Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
