• The Office Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Director and team of designers with administrative duties. Responsibilities include anything from coordinating meetings, booking travel arrangements, managing expenses and more

• Assist with special projects as needed; the team is always working on fast-paced projects under tight deadlines. They need someone with a creative mindset who is proactive and thinks quick on their feet to assist with whatever needed. Experience in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator are a huge plus

• The Office Coordinator will be the liaison between Directors, design team and external clients. Must have excellent communication skills; both written and verbal


• The ideal Office Coordinator will have 1-3 years of experience providing administrative support to a team in a creative environment. Open to industry, but must be transferable

• Bachelor’s Degree is required

• Must be fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Proficiency in Adobe Suite is a huge plus: Photoshop and Illustrator
