Successful candidates will be eligible for a $600.00 bonus upon completion of 90 days of employment!

  • Passionate about wine, of course! 
  • Warm, friendly and an excellent communicator 
  • Is curious to learn more about wine, hospitality & the local industry 
  • Able determine wine faults and maintain proper temperatures in order to showcase products at their maximum potential 
  • Able to create tasteful food and wine pairings 
  • Knowledgeable about different wines and which regions produce each type. Knowledge about local vineyards is a bonus. 
  • Passionate about providing guests with high-quality service 
  • Able to stand, walk, and/or sit for long periods of time and have the ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs 


  • Provide a friendly and caring experience for every guest that comes into the restaurant, upholding the restaurant’s hospitality standards
  • Anticipate guest needs and maintain positive guest relations at all times
  • Advise guests on wines based on their personal tastes and food choices
  • Inform guests about different varieties of wines
  • Ensure wines are served at the right temperature and within the proper glassware
  • Store open bottles properly to maintain strong taste
  • Maintain pars and report order needs
  • Train wait staff on available wines
  • Create and update the wine list in coordination with chefs and the Beverage Director
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned station and service areas
  • Complete opening side and closing side duties thoroughly and efficiently as assigned
