eLearning is the future for a lot of learners. For each concept that students wish to master, they go through a variety of online tutorials, take tests, and ultimately complete each course. Students can take a final test to prove their mastery, and receive a certificate of completion. With Learn-ly, everyone can be a student no matter where you are located. We are looking for a Web Chat Customer Service Representative.
This role entails:
- Respond to incoming emails and live customer web chats from the website, in line with training and service guidelines.
- Convert inquiries into bookings, ensuring that student bookings are handled professionally and in a timely manner
- Deliver outstanding customer service on every web chat to achieve above average service.
- Know all our courses inside and out to confidently upsell where necessary
- Previous experience in sales and customer service
- Strong and professional negotiation skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Track record in working with and exceeding targets
- IT literate with previous experience of MS Office
- Experience working on live web chat would be desirable
- Strong organizational skills - can you multi-task?
- Customer focused with the goal to deliver a great experience
- Creative approach to challenges
- Able to work well under pressure while maintaining good standards
