We are a high-volume restaurant looking for upbeat salad cooks who excell in a fast-paced environment. We work hard and maintain the highest standards, but we enjoy ourselves while we're at it!

Our line cooks are responsible for executing Chef Daniele Uditi's vision.

The basic duties of our salad cook are using a fryer, salamander, gas stove, and gas oven to prepare hot and cold apps, and dessert. Basic knife skills required.

This is an hourly position that also receives tips! Growth opportunities are available for people looking for a career path within a company.

We process all new hires through E-Verify to validate employment eligibility.

Pizzana is an intimate and stylish restaurant set in the heart of Brentwood with a second location opening shortly in WeHo (and more to follow).

Master Pizza Chef Daniele Uditi runs our kitchen and wood burning oven, out of which is served a menu blend of ingredients from Naples and seasonal and local finds from Los Angeles.

He is partnered with Candace and Charles Nelson, the founders of Sprinkles Cupcakes. They believe in sourcing the best products on earth and creating a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere.
