Company: Established in 1978, A Rent A Car Truck and Van has become one of the largest privately owned and independently operated car, truck and van rental companies in Southern California. We were the first rental agency to offer cars, vans, and trucks at a single location. Our professional and courteous staff still offers old-fashion, hands-on customer service. We serve Southern California and Hollywood's studio system from three locations in Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and Santa Monica, with one of the newest fleets available.

Responsibilities Include

  • Oversee operational activities, where you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies, creating solutions and improvements, assuring operational success and financial profitability.
  • You will spend a period of time rotating through various key functions and areas of responsibility including: Sales, Operations, Fleet Distribution, Customer Loyalty, Quality Assurance, and Administration.
  • Responsible for optimizing the profitable revenue growth of the location with a strong focus on sales and increasing the market share of the locations through superior customer service.
  • Directing and communicating with staff regarding productivity and document performance issues as necessary
  • Conducting regular staff meetings
  • Responsible for communicating daily tasks for the department.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned


  • Rental Car Industry Experience Is Preferred But Not Required.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum of 1-year face-to-face customer service or sales experience.
  • Complex problem-solving skills; proven ability to solve problems independently.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Must have excellent multi-tasking and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage, develop and motivate staff.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Must be able to commit at least one year
