Summary of Position: Supervise shifts and/or work areas in the operation of a Japanese curry restaurant to ensure high quality products and customer service are delivered to ensure restaurant profitability. Other responsibilities include the management of operations including the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs and systems. Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices.
Qualifications: - Require at least 1+ years of restaurant lead/management experience - Basic computer skills, typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc. - Proficient in Micros POS, Outlook and Microsoft Office - Expected hours 25-35 hours per week - Ability to manage in a full service, high volume, fast paced dining establishment
