Front-­‐of-­‐House Management:

· Manage and motivate the entire food & beverage teams across multiple venues

· Plan and administer food & beverage staff training programs

· Encourage advancement for those persons qualified and interested in career development within the Company

· Administer ongoing food and menu updates and service training

· Coordinate with venue managers diligent and cost effective front-­‐of-­‐house staffing and scheduling

· Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service

· Lead the team by example

· Plan and direct the functions of the food & beverage department to meet the daily needs of each venue’s operation

· Continuously evaluate the performance and improvement of the food & beverage personnel and make adjustments accordingly

· Conduct manager and employee performance evaluations and discipline communications

· Host and run regular food & beverage meetings for each venue to be sure the teams are being held accountable for their duties and continue to work to improve the operation, service levels and venue profitability

· Assist venue food and beverage managers and supervisors in establishing and achieving profit objectives and desired standards of food knowledge, service, cleanliness, and promotions ongoing

· Other duties as assigned

· Work with each individual venue team to control of food, beverage and labor costs

· Manage and oversee each venue’s operating checkbooks

· Spearhead the programming for all venues, including regular promotions and major events, including but not limited to New Years Eve, Valentines Day, Pride, Mothers Day, Thanksgiving, etc.

· Coordinate special marketing & PR related events to promote the venues

· Continuously brainstorm and present ideas to implement promotional activities related to all outlets and venues to help drive revenues

· Submit menu updates as well as other collateral requests to graphics department as needed

· Maintain quality of the collateral distributed within each venue, such as menu presentation

· Other duties as assigned

· Send a weekly food & beverage recap to management and departmental managers

· Coordinate with Human Resources department to ensure that all food & beverage matters (as they relate to federal, state and local employment and civil rights laws) are being enforced and followed

· Coordinate with venue managers diligent and cost effective ordering of products, supplies and repairs as necessary

· See to it that all meal breaks and time clock punches for food & beverage front of house staff are being managed effectively

· Coordinate with venue managers to assure that all payroll reports are property submitted to accounting for payroll processing

· Coordinate with venue managers and accounting that each venue’s cash bank(s) and tip payouts to service staff are being done timely and accurately

· Coordinate with accounting to research all disputed restaurant/bar charges and follow up with guests on resolution

· Coordinate and communicate with the Human Resources regarding hiring, terminations and staff issues

· Other duties as assigned


· Food & beverage experience in a senior leadership role

· Understanding of stock control in their department
