MILK ice cream parlor and bakeshop is looking for a hard working baker to add to our team! We are seeking someone who wants to work in a tight knit environment and is excited about the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast paced setting. You will help with the production of cookies, cakes, French macaron cookies, ice cream and more. The hours are flexible in that you can either start early in the morning (6 am to 2:30 pm) or in the afternoon (1:30 pm to 10 pm). Shifts run roughly 8 hours and we are looking to hire someone for either a part time or full time position. \
*Oversee day-to-day baking operations
*Prepare all recipes according to recipe standards *Create high-quality, fresh baked goods daily in large volumes following recipes *Quality control of ingredients and production
*This job will require you to spend many hours on your feet and lift upwards of 25 lbs
*Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment *Trustworthy, punctual and hard working
*Must have positive attitude and work well with others
*Knowledge of the food environment, and at least one year of kitchen experience, or schooling
*Ability to follow detailed direction and multitask
