1 year experience required. Seafood open kitchen restaurant. Pit consists of two mesquite grills, oven, flat top and 8 top burner with four main stations: Grill, Back, Pasta, and Pantry. You are required to set up/stock stations, cook menu items in cooperation with other kitchen staff, keep to health code standards and cleaning station appropriately, ensure prepared food is at the highest standard in a timely fashion, and maintain a positive attitude and professional approach with fellow coworkers and customers. Answers to Lead Cook and Executive Chef. Room for growth in cross training different stations and working with the executive chef to create daily specials.
