Monitor and ensure that standard kitchen operating procedures are met via chef's specifications
Follow strict guidelines for behavior and attendance
Support and manage prep for service; ensure all prep items and recipes are made
Monitor your station, checking with BOH supervisor to assist in station set up
Oversee the flow of the kitchen and your own station and the flow of food to maintain service
Assist monitoring the receiving of all product to ensure it meets restaurant
Skills & Requirements

1+ years of related (high volume) experience required.
Proven ability in teaching and mentoring kitchen employee
Very good communication and supervisory skills
