Long-established bakery in Long Beach is looking for a FT baker with hands-on experience in a commercial bakery setting to lead the bakery department. Responsibilities include: mixing, molding, proofing, and baking French, sour dough, and multigrain bread; proofing and baking croissants and other breakfast pastries; baking cookies; mixing and baking muffins, cookies, and other pastries; coordinating workflow with co-workers; ensuring quality of product meets company standards. Spanish-speaking preferred but not required. Salary to be determined based on experience and performance.
