We are looking for a Marketing and Communications assistant to join our brand new location in New Jersey. 

Job responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement a strong brand strategy positioning Company as the thought leader reinventing the modern workplace.
  • Develop, implement, and manage the company’s marketing strategy to raise brand awareness, strengthen the brand, and establish long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns both online and offline, from pop-up events and designer partnerships to digital campaigns.
  • Build a strong user experience to ensure a second-to-none customer journey from the initial visit to the website to final purchase, retention, and advocacy.
  • Build out our internal creative team, sourcing and cultivating talent as we grow.
  • Plan and manage the company’s PR activities, coordinating with external agencies.
  • Manage and execute a series of limited edition designs and brand collaborations.
  • Identify clear audience strategies and create programs that grow our customer base, drive loyalty, strengthen community, and increase brand trust.
  • Own insights-driven creative and marketing briefs and lead go-to-market strategies and content for product launches, campaigns, and activations.
  • Lead consumer research to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, brand health, and brand sentiment. 

Requirements: 

  • 1-3 years strong public relations and or influencer relations experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in marketing, public relations or communications
  • • Success representing public relations on cross-functional teams developing strategies and tactics for integrated marketing plans
