 Looking for a creative, organized right hand, experience and drive more important than school.  Our menu changes every  day driven by what our friends the farmers bring in. Your day might find you curing bacon, chatting with clients, making sorbet, roasting whole pigs or frying sturgeon chicharones.  We think you will do best if you self identify as a teacher or big brother/sister with the ability to get  folks to bring our vision to the plate.  Important to be a good communicator, lots of  moving parts between the restaurant, banquets and private events, so a  big part of the job is creating a plan of execution and enabling the  troops to follow through.
