A qualified Line Cook will possess a minimum 3-years of experience as a Junior Sous Chef, which includes experience with purveyors, display of strong food handing technique and cooking ability, a culinary degree a plus, willingness to enthusiastically follow the Chef's recipes and vision, oversight and execution of food production, organization, storage and equipment maintenance, well organized, clear and purposeful communication skills, and driven to be the best they can be.
