We are seeking an Office Clerk who will be responsible for answering calls, sorting of files, checks, maintaining payroll records, sustaining inventory, and distributing incoming mail.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical support for the Operations department
  • Communicate with employees and customers to answer questions, explain information, and address issues and concerns
  • Greet visitors and notify the employee of the visitor
  • Accumulate, copy, sort and file records of office activities and business transactions
  • Update filing, inventory, mailing and database systems
  • Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages
  • Other duties as needed

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and multi-tasking skills
  • Superb customer service skills
  • Ability to keep information organized and confidential
  • Experienced in sorting mail, distributing mail and making notes in the system
  • High school diploma required
