Hunt Regional Medical Center in Greenville TX is looking for a full time Maintenance Tech.  Strong HVAC back ground and Industrial Steam experience a plus. Plumbing and electric experience also a plus. 

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Intermediate to advanced computer, software, and systems knowledge. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability and desire to learn, develop new skills, and gain experience in preparing for possible career advancement into additional specialty areas, support.
  • Minimum Education
    • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED). Coursework or equivalent demonstrated experience in general building maintenance required.
  • Minimum Work Experience
    • Coursework or equivalent demostrated experience in general construction and building maintenance required.
  • Required Licenses/Certifications
    • Valid State Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.

  • Preferred Qualification
    • Progress toward trade licensure by locality. Additional languages. Intermediate to advanced computer, software, and systems knowledge.
