  • Demonstrated track record for flexibility and urgency in prioritizing and organizing projects
  • Manage the relationship with local Airport Staff for Paradies and constantly build a positive working relationship with them
  • Accountable for their location’s compliance with all local, state, federal laws and regulations including those relating to food safety
  • Communicates financial goals to the management team and employees and provides direction to achieve those goals
  • Interviews hourly employee candidates and makes hiring decisions
  • HRIM or Business Degree Preferred
  • Knowledge of POS (Micros environment preferred) computer skills
  • Basic BOH and detailed FOH operations
  • Minimum of 5 years GM experience in a fast-paced, high volume restaurant
  • Ability to work varying schedules: days, nights, and weekends. 
  • Ability to work ten-hour shifts with extensive standing/walking.
  • Serv Safe (or like) certification in sanitation and safety required
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve all goals within assigned areas of responsibility
