Financial services company entering 25th year of business as a nationally licensed lender operating in 48 states seeks direct sales team member for Louisiana!
We sell our financing services through insurance agents. (we do NOT sell insurance). You will be trained to effectively sell and compete in your market to drive company revenue.
- Develop Louisiana territory and customer base.
- Present and sell company services to new prospects.
- Reach agreed upon sales targets within stated time frame.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Set follow-up appointments/calls to keep customers aware of latest services.
- Previous experience in direct sales helpful, but not required.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM platform (or equivalent).
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
All business expenses are paid by us. You will work directly with our National Sales Director, staff, and President. You will receive hands-on training, testing and will participate in a full sales program with accountability and compensation commensurate with your achievement level. Your success is our success!
