James Beard award-winning chef Suzanne Goin is seeking motivated and dedicated Pastry Sous Chef.
· work with Suzanne Goin and the Executive pastry chef Noubar Yessayan to implement recipes and help develop new ones.
· coordinate desserts and pastries with our catering director for menus and events ranging from 5-1000 guests
· maintain product inventory, food and labor costs
· maintain pastry kitchen organization and cleanliness above and beyond the standards of the health department
· work as a team to communicate and execute guest requests, special menus and parties as needed
Candidates must be able to complete work accurately, consistently and in a timely manner, detail oriented with excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
