Tags is a premium multi-brand lifestyle boutique that focuses on well made, casual and transitional pieces that can be worn for comfort and style. Founded in 2012 by Jackie Rose with over 40 years in the fashion industry, the brand draws from her experience traveling to far flung corners of the earth to bring an effortless selection of premium well known brands and up and coming designers together. In Addition to the multi-brand stores Tags has also created its own casual-wear brand that is stocked throughout its locations in Beverly Hills, Century City, SoHo and Brooklyn.

Job Description

As a senior sales associate you will be expected to provide the highest standards of client service and style advice in order to meet your daily and monthly sales targets. We value people that are able to strike the perfect balance between personable and professional no matter who the client may be.


  • To acknowledge and achieve daily, weekly, monthly sales targets through effective service.
  • Follow KPI’s and store goals to ensure you’re focusing on service outside of the transaction including keeping a client book and effectively relaying latest product offerings.
  • Show interest in learning and engaging with the selection of brands we carry, their histories, product lines and information that would be effectively relayed to clients.
  • Achieve a high score on any mystery shopping appointments made (Minimum 90%).
  • Ensure a high standard of visual merchandising is in the store during your work schedule, products are on display, replenished, steamed and tidy.
  • Aid with the receipt of stock deliveries and the shipping of client orders that have been purchased via our online boutique options.
  • Follow security procedures for both the store as a whole and during transactions to prevent loss or fraud. 
  • Be an ambassador to both the brands stocked and the store as a whole.

Skills and Experience Required

We’re looking for charismatic, efficient and effective communicators with knowledge on the latest trends, fashion styles and entertainment. 

  • Minimum 2 years in a similar role or experience in a client service driven environment
  • Local knowledge of Beverly Hills and client profiles
  • Problem solver, be able to think on the go and create solutions for clients.
  • Experience managing a client book
