We are a company based in the Culver City area, offering a fun, casual and team oriented environment with a lot of opportunity for learning and professional growth. We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team. As the office coordinator, you are expected to provide administrative support to the team as needed in addition to 
managing the day to day office operation. 

Responsibilities include:
administrative work - filing, office organization, data entry, social media, marketing, internal recruitment, compliance and special projects as needed.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional work experience in any industry
- Strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Ability to work independently
- 4-year college degree required

Duties will include:
- Data Entry, putting together spreadsheets
- Internal Recruitment / Compliance
- Filing and Office organization
- Vendor/Inventory Management
- Managing Social Media and Marketing Initiatives - Must be proficient with Twitter/Facebook/LinkedIn
- Special projects as assigned
