Workpop is seeking to build a team of commission-based Ambassadors to help market and sell the vision of Workpop in creative and compelling ways. If you enjoy using Workpop, want to help us spread our mission of helping every person find a job they love, and are an upbeat and honest person, then we want you!  This is a flexible way for you to earn extra income while helping others get hired, since there are no set hours and no commitments. 

What would you do? As a Workpop Ambassador, you’ll be in charge of of finding creative ways to tell Workpop’s story to decision makers at small to medium sized businesses. Every time you convince a new business to sign up for Workpop, you get paid. 

You will need to attend a training on the Workpop product and pass a brief exam to ensure you fully understand what you are selling.  After that, you simply earn commission anytime you can convince a business to use the product. Whether you can sell to one business, one thousand businesses, or more is totally up to you.

Suggested Responsibilities:

  • Offline sales and marketing
    • Go door-to-door to local businesses in your area and talk with the decision makers about Workpop’s hiring software
    • Distribute Workpop’s marketing materials to local businesses
    • Help interested hiring managers sign up for Workpop through their mobile phones or computers
    • “Help Wanted” sign hunting: Look for businesses that are trying to hire and help them understand why hiring with Workpop is a better option 
  • Online sales and marketing
    • Email, call, and message via Linkedin decision makers about Workpop 
    • Share signup links through online channels including Social Media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc
    • Optionally run paid marketing online marketing campaigns using provided materials. While this requires you to spend some of your own money up front, it can yield great results.

  • Great communication skills, unquestioned integrity, and the confidence and presence to communicate the mission and story of Workpop to prospective customers
  • Willingness to learn and be trained 
  • Passion for helping people find jobs they love

Unlike other ambassador programs, ours offers the support from the leadership team at Workpop. This includes, but not limited to:

  • Marketing collateral that will enable powerful storytelling to prospective customers
  • Intensive trainings about the Workpop product during the first week of being an ambassador with Workpop’s CEO and Chief of Staff 
  • Weekly webinar check-ins with the Chief of Staff
  • Real time dashboards detailing progress of pending sales, total sales, and revenue share payouts 
  • Access to a members-only community where you can share tips, tricks and best practices for selling Workpop’s service to businesses
  • Awesome Workpop gear

Revenue Share Payout

Workpop’s policy is simple. You get paid each time a new business that you have invited to Workpop pays for their first month’s subscription. Specifics below:

  • What is a considered a “new business”? The customer brought on by the Ambassador must be a new user of Workpop. Businesses that currently use or have previously used Workpop are not considered to be a “new business”.  In addition, every new business that you bring in must either use your Ambassador signup code or you, the Ambassador, must provide adequate evidence to prove that you facilitated this sale.
  • How much will I earn for each “new business? Upon first subscription payment, the Ambassador will earn $50 on the sale for every business they bring on.
  • How quickly will I get paid?  You will be paid 45 days after the business you invite has paid Workpop.  This ensures that we have time to track any refunds or chargebacks during the first month of subscription.  If the new customer gets a refund or requests that their credit card company not pay the charge, you will not be paid. 
  • You will also be eligible for performance bonuses that can include cash multipliers, extra gear and more!
