The HEAD OF GUEST SERVICES/ Assistant Manager position is a full-time manager-in-the-making role. You own the daily goings about the Haus (and by haus we mean store!). Killer people, client relations skills & proven experience is a must. Spa/ Health/ Beauty/ Fitness/ Food & Beverage experiences & being tech-savvy is an even bigger must have.

YOU are (or are working yourself towards the following…..)

- A resolute professional. You strive to deeply understand the business and its front and back end functions.

- Obsessed with customer experiences, wanting to provide a lasting, positive impression to all customers, new and revisiting ones. You are a people person with personality, outgoing by nature and cool as a cucumber eye patch when it comes towards conflict management.

- Having an understanding of inventory management, retail and service product insight.

- You foster teamwork and team spirit amongst your esthies and guest service associates. Teamwork its your middle name!d

What you will do:

-Welcome guests + manage phone lines, proactively manage the day’s bookings, client profiles, support optimizing estheticians' schedule to meet demand.

- Support the Store Manager with monthly retail inventory reporting, end of day closing reports.

- Oversee the Haus with the assistance of the Lead Esthetician, providing consistent, sharp, supportive supervision to your people of the haus.

-Working one weekend day is a must and you are down for it!

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

  • Customer Service and/ or Hospitality: 2 years (Required),
  • Retail: 2 years (Preferred),
  • Strong software, digital sensibility, computer saavy. You know a thing or two about Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word, communication apps, etc.
