Bartender assists in the overall stocking and set-up of the bar. The position consists of ordering, stocking for service by carrying items from storage in the liquor room to the bar. Organization and Cleanliness of all FOH Storage areas. In addition, the Bartender is responsible for the carrying out the Monthly inventory along with a manager and inputting it into the system. The Bartender is expected to Bartend during the busy hours, upon instruction from management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following: ·
Works in coordination with management and the evening bartenders to ensure bar is properly stocked and set up. Physical aspects: the job requires the lifting of heavy cases of wine, beer, bottled water, buckets of ice, etc. In addition, it requires transporting of these heavy items from their storage location to the dining room.
Is able to work without direct supervision in a responsible, reliable fashion.
Ensure items are inventoried on a daily basis as required.
Ensure that all items are ordered and in stock to par levels set by management.
Responsible for the neatness and organization of all Food & Beverage FOH Storage Areas.
Can assist the servers in the making of all drinks to include tea, coffee and espresso drinks, etc. when necessary.
