Wurstküche is seeking a full time salaried, innovative, energetic and self-motivationg Catering Manager. This role is responsible for all aspects of event execution: planning, directing and coordinating events, negotiating contracts, assisting the selection of menu items, arranging the necessary equipment and maintaining vendor relationships. This position will develop and maintain catering accounts by ensuring customer satisfaction before, during and after all events.

This position is successful when:
Off Site Catering is a self-sustaining branch that operates in alignment with the Wurstküche BASICS, standards and company policies that are set forth in the Operations Manual and Employee Handbook.

2020 revenue of $300k growing at 10% for the Catering Department. Customer inquiries are responded to within 24 hrs.
Consistent, clear coordination instructions @ store handoff.
Quality follow-up within 2 days.

Responsibilities include:

Build a catering team of part-time employees

Train, develop, & motivate staff

Manage staff to the company policies of the OM & EH, praise on a regular basis, reprimand as needed Source, organize and execute offsite catering (cooking) events
Organize and execute no profit marketing opportunities (apx.12)
Manage Large to-go orders: 3rd party platform orders & internally generated

Market catering services with trackable metrics COG is in line with Company budget
Create proposals, billing
Present Financials for each period

Develop farmers market sales of raw sausages
Respond to customer inquires from all online platforms (Google/Yelp) via phone and email
