Administrative Assistant with excellent telephone skills to assist and office based Sales Team.
Positive, confident, high energy individual who is experienced working in a small team.
Research and add information into proprietory database.
Research, shortlist and provide relevant information to sales team for assigned projects.
Amend and update details with speed and accuracy.
Deal with enquiries from clients in a professional manner.
Make outbound telephone calls in a confident manner.
Send information and follow up.
Additional duties as required.
2-3+ years current office experience working within a small team.
Proficient using MS Office and database systems (ATS, CRM etc.) 50 wpm min keyboard skills.
Good critical thinking and written/oral communication skills.
Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast paced office.
Make outbound calls without hesitation.
Compensation: Negotiable depending on experience. Plus bonus potential.
Education: Associates degree is required.
