Part time/Full time (30hrs/40hrs week)
Shift Leader, Crepe Sandwich artists, Barista/cashier, Dishwasher/busser !

We serve a Cali-french cuisine from our Cafe in Sierra Madre, Opening a new location in Pasadena,105 N Hill Avenue and are looking for an experienced and passionate Kitchen/Front associates to help support our team. The ideal candidate for these positions does not need experience, and will be well train. He enjoys working in a busy restaurant environment and is capable of taking direction well, multi-tasking effectively as well as leading. As we are expanding the company, we seek an individual who would be available to work on week days and week-ends, someone responsible that can be running the tasks smoothly. Detailed cleanliness is a must.

Kitchen Team:
Crepe makers, Sandwich/Salads artists Responsibilities

• Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items
• Collaborate with the FOH (front of the house)
• Manage and work with your prep
• Maintain accurate food inventories
• Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures
• Rotate stock items as per established procedures
• Restock kitchen for subsequent shifts
• Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift

FOH Team:
Cashier/Barista Responsibilities

• Greeting and handling customers
• Take orders on the POS system / Handling cash and CC transactions
• Taking phone orders
• Collaborate with the BOH (back of the house)
• Make barista drinks at the coffee station
• Rotate stock items as per established procedures
• Stock up and refill inventory
• Side works such as cleaning equipment and working area
• Set up outside and inside tables and seating
• Ensure that your area is cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift

Shift Lead:
• Cashier/Barista
• Kitchen team

- Shift leaders have its full position explain above but also, direct other employees through their daily routines and interact with customers to make sure that they have a satisfactory experience. Shift leaders act as quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction through training employees properly and adhering to company policy.
- Shift leaders make sure employees perform a variety of tasks, from preparing the food, stocking supplies, serving, charging people for their food, handling cash, credit cards, and a cash register, cleaning tables and counters, resetting tables, greeting customers and answering questions.

• Leadership Skills: Shift leaders will have to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts and make hard decisions.


Busser/Diswasher

• Clean and buss tables with sanitized rags
• Wash and dry kitchen utensils
• Refill sugars, salt and peppers, hot sauce and silverware on tables
• Keep dining room, hallway and restroom clean at all time
• help with deliveries to the restaurant
