Sports Nutrition Sales Associate - Fitness & Gyms

Role Description:
XOLOGY is committed to innovation and disruption within the nutrition and fitness vertical. From the ingredients and formulations to our POD based shaker, to our touchscreen vending machines for Crossfits.   XOLOGY’s major product launch is its range of nutritional powders sold inside compostable PODs. The PODs are loaded into its proprietary shaker system, filled with water then activated for the ultimate on the go nutrition. 

We’re on the hunt for motivated, passionate and committed sales representative/brand ambassador to assist with visibility and growth within CrossFits, gym studios and fitness facilities within SoCal. 

The objective for the XOLOGY Sales Representative is to be an ambassador of the brand and products of XOLOGY. The goal of this salesperson is to exceed their sales goals in their assigned territory. The Sales Representative will accomplish their goals by ensuring XOLOGY is visible, always within our markets of Crossfit, Yoga and functional training, developing great relationships with their clients, and influencing both new and existing clients to purchase XOLOGY’s full line of amazing products.

Tasks:

  1. Create and maintain great relationships with current XOLOGY clients, influencing them to grow the business within each account.
  2. Identify influencers within the Crossfit, health, nutrition, yoga, fitness space in a micro-local level. Having constant contact with these people is our main approach to sales.
  3. Identify leads in several different fitness, health, or nutrition related fields.
  4. Qualify and cultivate relationships with leads to convert them into SFH clients.
  5. Educate customers through in-store visits, presentations, and tastings of the SFH product line.
  6. Travel as needed within the territory or to national events.
  7. Report financial progress monthly to Sales Manager.

You will be relentless in your approach and not simply relying on emails to get in front of the decision makers. You will love being on the road, setting appointments with trainers, coaches and box owners and coordinating tastings during peak times. 

You will have a fun, knowledgeable and outgoing demeanour and show personality and energy on email.

Strong passion and knowledge for the nutritional, fitness and sales space.

1-2 years of Business to Business experience is required.

A Love for healthy – combining a clean diet, fitness, and clean supplementation for long-term health

A demonstrated ability to conduct product presentations is a necessity.

Ability to work independently (from home or your favorite coffee shop/gym/CrossFit box), as well as work well on a team.

The ability to utilize all forms of communications to influence and grow relationships is a necessity.

Personal Drive, Ambition, and the willingness to serve others.

Preferred

Familiarity with Crossfit, fitness, and/or nutrition is a plus.

Former collegiate athletic experience is a plus

Perks:

$14 per hour PLUS sales 4.5% sales commission.  $120 credit to use on XOLOGY products per month. Opportunity to grow with our company with the likelihood of a full time position high. We would expect around 15 hours per week.
