Receptionist, SA Flagship Salon

****Salon Experience a Plus**** Wednesday & Saturday, Opening to Closing Shift.  Key Holder

Responsibilities include:

Customer Service
- Ensure the highest level of customer service; retain clients through building positive relationships and creating a luxury environment that maintains and exceeds Ouidad standards of excellence 
- Answer daily phone calls and book appointments; quickly and efficiently respond to inquiries from clients and Customer Service
- Recommend best services and products based on client needs
- Analyze and resolve customer concerns using established procedures and policies; organize and track all complaints
- Ensure that the Ouidad brand is maintained through product knowledge, enforcement of salon policies and procedures, and brand education

-- Report weekly to Salon Director; update on staff/client issues, weekly task list, and other on-going projects or issues
