Opportunity to work at one of the hottest new restaurants in Los Angeles. Curtis Stone’s new concept, ‘Gwen’, a Specialty Butcher Shop and Restaurant, is looking for talented individuals to join their team and further their career in the hospitality industry. He/she should have a high-standard, strong work ethic, and consider hospitality their career. Applicants should possess fine dining experience and a keen attention to detail. A passion for food and wine along with a natural sense for hospitality are key attributes.
An ideal candidate would be a sommelier looking to make the move into fine dining and gain the experience of working under world class service and wine professionals.
• 25-35 hours a week
• Cellar work
• Typical call time: 3 PM-10PM
• Work under the direction of the Wine Director and General Manager
• Uphold the highest level of service standards
• Create a warm and hospitable environment for our guests
• Extensive menu knowledge
• Sommelier Certified
• Cellar work, carrying of 50 lbs at a time, and organized
