The restaurant shift leader must have the ability to manage time effectively and be self-directed under minimal or no supervision.
Coordinating the F.O.H staff during scheduled shifts.
Customer relationship management inclusive of responding to customer compalints.
Manage closing cash handling procedures including verifying daily sales, money deposits.
Ability to work in fast paced enviroment.
Must be flexible with schedule (5days a week including sat & sun)
Stamina to work up to 50 hrs a week.
Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety.
Checking stock levels.
Preparing cash drawers and working cash registers when needed.
Helping in any area of the restaurant when circumstances dictate.
