We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Business Development Manager to assist senior management with:

  • lead generation
  • inside sales
  • development of marketing materials (print & digital)
  • social media marketing campaigns
  • website management
  • referral program management

Candidates should have experience with developing and executing B2B sales and marketing campaigns, ideally within the hospitality or high-growth startup spaces. 

Experience with cloud-based CRM platforms, Squarespace, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Instagram is required. Candidates must be able to effectively manage outsource partners, as well as dig into the work themselves. 

Compensation will be largely commission-based with clear incentives for performance. Base salary will be commensurate with experience.
