Purpose for the Position:

To ensure the provision of administrative support to theHuman Resources Director, Controller and exercises considerable discretion,handling items of a highly confidential nature, able to prioritize differingsituations, and demonstrating superior administrative skills.


  1. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
  2. Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of WCG
  3. Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep department operating to standards and set a positive example for other employees
  4. Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
  5. Carryout instructions given by the management team
  6. Safely handles all hot and cold drinks during drink preparation
  7. Reports all customer complaints to manager on duty
  8. Accurately rings sales orders into cash register and counts back change to customers in acourteous and friendly manner
  9. Answers customer questions regarding coffee blends, preparation, etc., in a courteous and friendly manner
  10. Restocks shelves when necessary
  11. Routinely cleans the bar area, floor, and grinders, take out trash, etc.
  12. Maintain regular and punctual attendance

Skills and Abilities:

  1. Usehands to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy
  2. Understandsimple instructions
  3. Learnsimple procedures and techniques
  4. Performroutine work or the same task over and over again
