Position Focus

Maintains and monitors beverage bar supplies, materials and equipment and other items necessary for the efficient and complete operation of job site. Performs a variety of manual tasks at the job site. Works as a team player by performing the following duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Loads and unloads delivery trucks and delivers products to storage area, beverage bar or kitchen as needed.
  • Checks incoming shipments to ensure accuracy of goods received.
  • Maintains appropriate beverage bar inventory.
  • Rotates stock, ensures food is kept cool, covered and marked as appropriate.
  • Ensures that all items are easily available whenever required.
  • Takes and records product temperatures as required or directed.
  • Maintains appropriate records and documentation.
  • Repairs damaged or non-functioning equipment, seeking help from maintenance or other personnel if needed.
  • Pulls inventory as needed to maintain beverage bar.
  • Keeps beverage bar area clean, sanitized and organized.
  • Prepares all drinks to Arrive standard quickly and efficiently.
  • Sets up an breaks down and cleans Bar area including sitting area and food displays.
  • Able to utilize the POS system.
  • Accurate accounting of cash bank, credit cards and all transactions.
  • Performs other duties as directed.
