We are looking for energetic individuals with immediate availability to join our team full time. Nonstop Printing is an established printer with a startup mentality. We're constantly pushing the envelope and we love helping individuals and business spread their message with beautiful print.

We pride ourselves on our dedication to our customers' needs and on our technical precision. We're looking for someone that enjoys wearing many hats and enjoying each day being a bit different. Your responsibilities would include:

  • Responding to customers via phone, email, and in person
  • Handling inquiries regarding pricing, paper/printing recommendations, technical issues, and order status
  • Preparing graphics files for printing and identifying potential printing issues
  • Project management.

Here's what we're looking for in a candidate:

  • Adobe Creative Suite Experience Required
  • Very quick and highly competent on a computer. Typing speed of 60 words per minute. Check out http://www.typingtest.com/ to see your speed.
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Enthusiastic attitude and ability to work in a team
  • High sense of responsibility to take care of our clients
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities
  • Computer proficiency (we are primarily a Mac environment)

Prior experience in print production, working with customer files, and/or working in Adobe Creative Suite are all helpful, but not required.

We like to promote within the company before looking outside of it. The starting salary is $15-$16/hour plus benefits. 

Please note that while our customer service positions offer significant exposure to and experience with professional design work, you would be working strictly in customer service/pre-press, and not as a graphic designer.
