Leading Tech Company in Glendale looking to hire a Full-Time customer support representative. We are a 24/7 inbound call center with various shifts available.

No experience necessary in customer support. Training will be provided to you as a tool to strengthen and assure daily successful service.

Responsibilities and expectations include, but not limited to;

        • Maintain call center database
        • Keeps equipment operational by reporting malfunctions
        • Updates job knowledge and security by participating in educational opportunities provided by the company
        • Must be customer focused
        • Excellent listening, verbal communication and telephone skills
        • Tech Savvy - Knowledgable with Cellular phones and tablets
        • Excellent people skills
        • Excellent Multi-tasking and Problem solving traits
        • Must have the ability to resolve merchant’s problems by clarifying issues over the phone while researching and exploring answers, alternative solutions and implementing solutions.
