We are looking for an exceptional Operation Manager for fast-paced, high-volume bar/restaurant with great staff and wonderful guests. 

Minimum 3years high volume experience required, this is not an entry level opportunity. 

Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to the following. 

  •  Coordinate daily FOH / BOH restaurant operations ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation support control of operational cost, managing labor  opening/closing the restaurant properly, providing support to staff during service, and interacting with guests to ensure highest level of service possible. Manager will also attend weekly meetings and assist in general upkeep of business. Managers are involved in the hiring/training of all Front of House positions.
