PROJECT MANAGER: - Full Time - Office Furniture Project Manager
The corporation services multiple government and commercial accounts worldwide. This position relates to multiple office furniture and residence hall contracts in the USA. This requires a full-time Project Manager living in the Omaha area. The PM will handle Customer Requests, Personnel Access to Job site, Documentation, Scheduling, Meeting trucks and directing to receiving locations, Receiving, Checking product against BOLs, Damage Claims, Inventory, Installation Supervision, Attend construction and other meetings, Manage service & labor subcontractors.
Location: Work at project site, Fairfax, VA and other locations
Requirements: Experience in the Office Furniture Industry. Energetic and cooperative attitude. This PM must be fast on MS Excel, Word, adobe, and email; Must have a good telephone voice and communication skills. The PM must be able to manage personnel of subcontractors, and affiliated dealers and suppliers.
Helpful Experience: Government Sales & Contracting; Business Management; Interior Design; Procurement, Commercial Furniture Installation training or certification; Accounting; Electronic Marketing; Office, residence hall, and/or medical furnishings experience.
Pay: Range $40K – $70K. Starting pay will be commensurate with experience. Advancement will be commensurate with actual production and accomplishments.
