Chef Matt Molina and the team behind Triple Beam Pizza and Everson Royce Bar are opening a new restaurant in Highland Park. The restaurant will be Italian/California inspired with an open kitchen offering crudo, fresh pasta, woodfire grilled meats & fish, as well as soulful desserts. We will be opening in early summer and are in need of all BOH positions: Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Butchers.
This is a great opportunity for any skilled cook who is looking to grow professionally, and wants to be a part of a kitchen with high expectations and high level of execution. You will be working with Chef Matt, a James Beard winner who served as the Chef of Mozza for nine years, in his first dinner focused concept.
Our ideal line cooks are service industry professionals who are self-motivated, fun and competitive, and driven to consistently exceed our guest's expectations. In addition to that mentality, our line cooks posses the following qualities:
-3 years of restaurant experience, 1 year of chef-driven restaurant experience
-An organized mind and workspace, the ability to maintain a clean and organized station while also
upholding the standards of the kitchen
-Must be punctual & respectful of others in the workplace
-Posses precise and accurate knife skills
-Prior experience working the hot-line, will the ability to cook menu items to order
-The ability to work a restaurant schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays
