A manager at Pizzana is part of an energetic and focused team who supports service and kitchen staff in every way while serving and engaging guests over some of the best food in LA, critically and popularly.

The manager on duty is responsible for maintaining a smooth flow of service and making sure every guest leaves happy. They are the liaison between front and back of house while ensuring the highest quality output from both.

The manager on duty's responsibilities also include: managing a given labor plan, overseeing cleanliness and sanitation, maintaining the ambiance of the dining room, and helping with the immediate needs of servers/hosts on the floor and cooks in the kitchen.

This position will be salaried at about 50 hours each week and will report to the GM. Salary can be discussed during the interview.

Applicants must have at least 2 years experience in full service, high volume restaurants and be able to lift up to 50 lbs in weight.

Pizzana is an intimate and stylish restaurant set in the heart of Brentwood with a second location opening shortly in WeHo (and more to follow).

Master Pizza Chef Daniele Uditi runs the kitchen and wood burning oven, out of which is served a menu blend of ingredients from Naples and seasonal and local finds from Los Angeles.

He is partnered with Candace and Charles Nelson, the founders of Sprinkles Cupcakes. They believe in sourcing the best products on earth and creating a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere.
