An iconic Los Angeles restaurant group is seeking an experienced service manager to join our team at our new location in USC Village! The ideal candidate is a hospitality rock star and possesses an energetic personality with a serious passion for motivating their team and ensuring guest satisfaction. Here are some of the things you will be expected to do as a leader for our team:



  • Daily opening, mid, and closing duties 
  • Daily communication with team members regarding important matters 
  • Opening, mid, and closing safety checks 
  • Involvement in company marketing initiatives and building sales 
  • Constant maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds
  • Ensure compliance with company policies 
  • Weekly inventory 
  • Daily/weekly ordering, entering invoices 
  • Scheduling to labor projections 
  • Monitoring food cost 
  • Involvement in company catering events 


  • Involvement in interview process, hiring, onboarding 
  • Daily pre-shift meetings
  • Continuous training and development of all team members through effective coaching and strong leadership
  • Appropriate coaching/discipline/termination practices when necessary 
  • Ongoing recognition of team members 
  • Meal break and rest break scheduling in accordance with company policy 
  • Smart scheduling and labor practices  
  • Maintain standard of safety for all team members and guests  
  • Work harmoniously with back-of-house staff and management
  • Be the enforcer of our culture and set the standard for all team members


  • Monitor quality of dishes and drinks being served, perfect plate mentality 
  • Ensure 100% guest satisfaction   
  • Monitor ticket times 
  • Continuous training, development, and quizzing of staff on food and beverage items 


  • Previous management experience required
