Fred Leeds Properties is looking for a Full-Time Vacancy Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • coordinate inspection for move-outs and schedule repairs and/or maintenance as necessary
  • Inspect units prior to move-in to ensure units are move-in ready and pristine.
  • Dispatching maintenance and repair technicians as needed and over seeing on-going repairs upgrades and clean up.
  • Maintain direct communication with the leasing department and update database regularly on all current vacancies and the status of all available units
  • Coordinate, schedule, and supervise maintenance and/or repair work for Section 8 inspections
  • Receive process and post timesheets for field tech employees
  • Audit and post payroll data for field tech employees
  • Assist maintenance department as needed
  • Work closely with maintenance department to coordinate repairs and regular maintenance
  • Assist with answering maintenance queue calls and transfer accordingly
  • Assist residents with questions and concerns prior to and post move-in

Qualifications:

  • Dispatching experience in property management preffered
  • Must be able to work well under pressure
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Handle multiple calls
  • Must be organized
  • Excellent follow-through abilities
  • Team player
  • Great communications skills
  • Time management
  • Computer and technical skills
  • YARDI experince prefferred willing to train the right candidate
  • MUST be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
