We are looking for a friendly, motivated, hardworking and savvy Catering Manager to join our Clementine team! Clementine is a well established bakery and cafe with two locations - needless to say we do a big catering business! We are looking for a Catering Manager that can maintain established clients while nurturing and growing new clientele. We are looking for someone who can acclimate to any situation and troubleshoot at a moment’s notice. Must be a self-starter, multitasker, great communicator, focused leader, reliable and computer literate [Gmail, Google Apps, Brink Software, Catering Software and any extra computer knowledge is always a plus!]. This job is perfect for someone who enjoys a busy restaurant atmosphere and loves talking to our very loyal customers. This position will be based out of our Century City restaurant and will manage a small team of catering assistants and delivery drivers. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensuring excellent customer service, accuracy and speed of orders
Maintain current accounts / explore and nurture new accounts
Hiring, scheduling and training catering team and delivery drivers
Analyze and report on catering sales trends, forecast by quarter
Orchestrating communication between departments
Handle customer complaints/issues - in person, on the phone and via email
Handle employees issues (HR)
Contribute to general office maintenance
Performance evaluations for catering employees
Timecard review and corrections
Train servers on how to take catering orders, and cover/troubleshoot in catering manager's absence.
Catering Software maintenance (menu changes, etc.)
Conduct regular meetings/huddles with catering staff and delivery drivers.
Work closely with owner and the other department managers in order to maintain a cohesive work environment, plan special events, holidays, provide effective reports, etc.

Skills Required:
Minimum 2 years catering management experience
Minimum 5 years customer service experience
Proficient in computer programs (Word, Excel, Google)
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
ServSafe certification
