- Team Leader with objective to train, coach, and develop entry level representatives.
- Responsible for daily operations, long term and short term tasking, financial reports, progress and persistence tracking. Focus point of leadership development.
- Training benefits representatives on providing supplemental Life, Health, and Retirement benefits for Labor Union, and Association Members
- Direct Customer service, working directly with clients who request benefit services.
- No previous experience required,
- $75,000 first year with RESIDUAL INCOME
