All service positions begin with basic training as Food Runners and advance to Beer Servers, Cashiers, Genuine Hospitality Pros and Bartenders! They require 6 to 8 hours of intense walking, carrying trays of food (10-20 lbs). Gratuity is shared with all hourly kitchen and service staff.
